Equipment Guide for Hinagu Fruit Workshop
There are things that can only be done by hand.
Our company has equipment such as mixing pots, blenders, food strainers (pulper finishers), steam sterilizers, large refrigerators, and freezers. We use mixing pots when processing paste from pomelo and puree from tomatoes. We have two mixing pots that can hold 60 liters each. We also have two blenders that are used for the final finishing. This allows us to produce a large quantity when processing citrus pastes and vegetable or fruit purees. The food strainer (pulper finisher) is often used when processing tomatoes into puree. This strainer can also be used for juicing fruits. The main difference from a juicer is that it retains the fibrous content. By straining the pulp, the fibers that contain nutrients from the fruit are preserved, allowing us to juice without losing any nutrients.
